Thank you for your insight. After living several years in Hawaii, I relocated to Florida. I live in the Fort Lauderdale area and I'm considering to move to Pompano beach in the coming years. There is a new project there that caught my interest, the Sabbia Beach project. It will be completed soon. Moving from Hawaii to Florida was the best move I ever made, in terms of climate, risks, facilities, luxury and so on.
